If you like gardening or eating fresh food or cooking with fresh ingredients... this is a great cookbook. So smart, really because it is mostly healthful food too but all presented gorgeously and with excellent photos & detailed recipes. It inspires you to garden more or to visit your farmer's market and finally indulge in buying edible flowers. This would be a great gift for a friend, also. Many vegetarian recipes but also many that could easily become vegetarian with no fuss or trouble. What a great gift for a gardener in winter-time too!
