For a mature audience for sure. But also the translation is a little wonky in places.

The reader must be mature and understand what the concept of what the author wants to express.
It will be harsh for those that see the Yakuza world as being light.
It should not be surprising that the world is a violent place.
What I find frustrating for most stories that I read are that I feel very guilty, guilty for not being able to do anything but to continue reading and hope Shoko Tendo's life will change.
