I agree with the pig farming segment mentioned. I work in the restaurant industry and it made me cringe. I have been to the Weiner Circle more than once being from Chicago. That segment portrays the people that frequent that neighborhood pretty accurately. Bunch of entitled dirtbags. Sucks it’s not in another neighborhood.

There were only 2 seasons of the documentary TV series modeled after the This American Life radio program and podcast. I enjoyed the first season for the most part. There are a small number of segments that are difficult to watch, particularly the majority of the final Pandora's Box episode which shows life for pigs at a farm/factory in Iowa and the verbal exchange between customers and workers at The Wiener's Circle hot dog stand in Chicago (warning: very strong language in this segment). It's fitting that the episode is called Pandora's Box; you may want to avoid watching it, except for the shorter first segment on erasing memories which is very interesting.

Great stories! Wonderful, quirky format.
