[QUESTION: A young highschool student, Jamie Enyart, happened to take photos before, during and after the murder of RFK - - the cops confiscated it and the court ruled it classified by the state for 20 years - - Jamie would have to sue California to get the film back when the 20 years were up, lawsuit took 9 years {1996}, and Cali. finally claimed to have found it, but then stated it was // stolen \\ during transport - - Jamie awarded $450,000. Has this ever happened anytime before or after?????]
Shane did a great job on this, even though he missed some really obvious stuff [at least this is 1,000 times superior to the so-called investigation by the FBI]!
Great book, and another interesting book on the RFK assassination is by Robert Morrow [The Senator Must Die], former CIA contractor [his opinions on the JFK assassination should be charitably ignored, I don't believe he was passing along disinformation, just too readily accepted CIA disinformation for fact] and his information on Tracy Barnes and the four Mannlicher-Carcano rifles and walkie-talkies is invaluable, but he was correct in his investigation and deducing that Khaibar Khan orchestrated the murder of Sen. Bobby Kennedy for SAVAK, which in turn did it for the CIA. Interesting to note that Tracy Barnes was a cousin to Allen Dulles on the Lansing side of the family - - fake newsies unable to ever uncover that, of course - - and Barnes had married into the Rockefeller family. Also, look closely at the photos of the three so-called tramps, and the tall one I believe to be Lazlo the Hungarian, a deserter from the French Foreign Legion and OAS member, and strapped to his leg is the outline of a walkie-talke model of that time. {The short one with the upturned collar was a Belgian criminal and CIA contract killer, Mozes Maschkivitzan, while the middle fellow was an actual hobo.}
