a dream team puts together one of the best drama series you're ever going to see - don't miss this one, it's a keeper

Is it a random accident? If it is an accident, can it also be murder? This mini series drill into the stories behind a diverse array of characters involved in a fatal car accident. Not all of them are engaging but most are. And it is an exceptional case study of "The Butterfly Effect," one with a sting.

P.S. Looked for this DVD after enjoyed another Horowitz's BBC mini-series "Injustice 2012."

I enjoyed this series, but it does jump around, going back and forth to tell the story. Very PC. The sister in law of the van driver was pure evil. I think the whole convict who needs forgiveness scene was a bit much, as he tried to force the victims family to except his apology in person. That was to ease his guilty conscience not for the families benefit. It was an annoying side story, that I disliked. It was good, but not something I will watch again.

PBS Mystery Contemporary. 2 part investigation of an accident on a major road near London follows the various factors of cause & effects to all involved. Very enjoyable - no subtitles, which some may have trouble with speech acuity.

An excellent production with several sterling performances. An incident which, during investigation, develops to reveal the individual stories of the people involved. Held us glued to the screen to the end. No mean feat.

Very well done
The English know how to tell a good story. Some of the accents were
Scottish, hard for some to understand,
but watched to the end very enjoyable

One of the best movies I've seen. The script is seamless, weaving several characters' stories together beautifully in a complex plot. It's less a "whodunnit" than a "whydunnit", and the resolution is wittily satisfying. Not one to miss.

3.5 Hours developing a very lame story about people involved in a pile-up of cars being investigated by police with their own lame lives. I hope you read my comment before watching this crap.

My mum used to bring me up here when I was a little kid, and we'd sit and watch the city together. She always used to say it made her feel free. I never really knew what she meant at the time. Listen. What do you hear? -Traffic. Sirens.
The sound of a city.
-You're mad.
You think? I bet every city has its own sound. I wanna sit on a hill by Rome or Paris and listen to its beat.
-You ever done that?
No. I can't say I have.
-You know, you're beautiful. You are. Come away with me. I'll take you to a foreign city. And you can show it to me like it's the first time.
Yeah, but you've seen them all already.
-Yeah, but not with you. Not the way you see them.
Yeah, moving on. It's just that's the hardest part of a road accident.
- What?
Because it's so random. And when it happens to you, to your family I don't know how you let that go.
