I loved this cookbook so much I immediately ran out and bought myself a copy. It's ideal for vegans, vegetarians, or those looking to add some new healthy recipes to their repertoire.
Beautiful, beautiful cookbook with gorgeous photography and yummy recipes. Highly recommend!
