the best thing about taj mahal is jesse ed davis, the awesome guitarist who played the fantastic outro solo on Jackson Browne's DOCTOR MY EYES...but that wasn't with Taj Mahal. He played really well, trying to give Lennon a George Harrison feel, on WALLS AND BRIDGES. He partied with cocaine at Disneyland with John whilst the other Beatles were striving to get Dr. Winston O'Boogie to sign final dissolution papers. He was on stage at CONCERT FOR BANGLADESH, backing up dissolute Eric Clapton.
