I had some laugh out loud moments in every episode. Some references to British personalities ( celebrities?) went over my head. Great seeing actors from BBC crime and drama doing this kind of mockumentary. .

It took awhile for me to get into this series, a fictional documentary-style program about the Olympic Deliverance Committee in London trying to assemble the 2012 Olympic Games with all its nuances and politically-correct angles, but in the end it was worth sticking with it . The cast is great and each episode features a new difficult situation for the team to try to get out of, often tripping on their own feet. Downton Abbey's Hugh Bonneville is a master of deadpan and the whole cast works hard to not crack up in some funny situations and deliver rapid-fire dialogue. Somewhat like The Office. It's worth a watch.

It's a little difficult sometimes to catch everything being said and to understand some of the nuances, but it's a truly hilarious series. Very well-conceived, written and acted. We loved it.

I didn't appreciate this right away , but after a couple episodes it started to sink in. Even if you can't understand all the dialogue, the characters repeat themselves in their zaniness; all soon becomes clear if you stick with it. "2012" is the most hilarious thing I've seen in years.

Delightful! Only the British would create a series about the (hopefully fictional) bureaucracy surrounding a project that is actually taking place in reality. Has some really great one-liners.

Great cast, not especially good story & the speech is so fast that even those fluent in Brit-speak may have issues. Disappointed.

Somewhat predictable but humorous nonetheless. Who hasn't worked with the 'know it all' who hasn't an original thought or, the individual in a position of responsibility that he/she is totally unprepared and inadequate for? As are in any group the caricatures of confidence and ego rather than common sense.

ineptitude isn't funny and the scenarios are predictable.
