Margarita and Mali are the best parts - pretty simplistic.

I find this Telefilm-funded drama, based on a Mexican woman working illegally in Toronto, and her relationship with those around her, to be very average. It meets TV soap opera standard, and nothing more. The story is not very exciting, and the acting just OK. Unless you applaud every film targeted for the LGBT audience, you probably will come to the same conclusion.

Winner of many awards, this movie was a charmer. Nicola Correia Damude is very good as "the nanny". Uplifting film.
