In the last decade these machines have started to rapidly disappear, causing an eclectic group of individuals from around the world to come together and respond. Illustrator, writer and long-time photobooth lover,Meags Fitzgerald has chronicled this movement and the photobooth's fortuitous history in a graphic novel. This is a charming and surprisingly personal history of the photo booth from Alberta born illustrator Meags Fitzgerald. Meags manages to add a lot of sparkle to the history of the photo booth by weaving it with a personal tale of travel and self discovery.

All you wanted to know (and more) about photo booths.

Alberta born, Meags Fitzgerald creates an historical and autobiographical account of her personal obsession with photo booths. It's more history than graphic novel, in an unusual topic that will make you care about something you probably never thought to care about before.

I was not sure what to expect. The cover looked interesting on line. When I got it and flipped through the pages I thought to my self this may not be for me.

Glad I didn't listen to my self. I found this to be a bit of a page turner. Entertaining and incredibly informative.
I now have a huge new respect for Photobooths.

This is just par for the course, old technology is always replaced by new technology. What did you expect to happen?
