I had not read any of Scott Turow before, but had heard him being interviewed on NPR about his latest mystery. The interviewer began with his first book, One L, an autobiographical book about his first year at Harvard law School. It's a very interesting book. The realization that his enemy was himself and his battle between competition and ethics was fascinating and relevant to what we see so much of today in business, Congress (state or federal).
