At first, reading this book, I thought it would be after the end of the world, with a few survivors (the four protagonists) left. But then reading it I found out that it talks about survivors and their last few days/months on Earth. Also, there is a lot of violence, drama, and inappropriate stuff for young readers, so I would advise anyone to tread at their own risk. I really don't like how all this gore and sensitivity is portrayed as normal in this book, as if the end of the world was just a catalyst for all this to be accepted. The whole romance façade didn't feel very realistic, but I guess the plot had to keep moving forward, with or without it. 4/5 Stars

Short, but deep.
