I really like it. It was my opinion to get into vegan. I am not following a diet but it convinces me that it is possible to change and how many benefits you can get from that. Even though it seems simple, it is really good for beginners.

While this book may get some interested in changing their way of eating toward vegan, it does little to help people understand the reason behind compassionate eating, and most of the recipes are basic. There are much better books out there than this, in my opinion.
