Add a CommentThis book had useful information on insecure and secure attachment styles, how to identify if you or your partner is anxious or avoidant, how insecure attachment styles function and lead to conflict, as well as how to develop a secure attachment style. I found this information very helpful in identifying how I personally affected the relationships I was in, both in good and bad ways.
This book had some hard truths but I am glad I read it because it gave me a new perspective on dating.
Everyone who is struggling in a relationship or have disappointing dating experiences should read this book. This book has completely changed my perspective and helped me find love!
