Typical America’s Test Kitchen book, for example, has a longer list of equipment than some of the other books the library has and grades different pots. Has a lot of classic recipes (blueberry jam, grape jelly, pickled onions, mango chutney, etc.) and not as many unique combinations as some of the other canning books that you can get through KCLS. It does have more step-by-step pictures than some of the other books.
