The sequal to the best Superman movie, in my opinion, is just a bad movie. This might be the first time we see Batman at the 'height of his game', but we see almost none of it, outside of some nameless thugs and him fighting Superman. I get why, but it just lets down. Eisenberg as Luthor is terrible.

This was a good movie, but might not be good for younger children.

This was a good movie but certainly not my favorite. I did not really like the storyline of the movie. There is a lot of action included in the movie and the audience gets to see both perspectives. One thing I didn't like about the movie was that it was a little confusing at certain points. but other than that it was good. The actors did a wonderful job portraying their characters. Another thing I really liked about the movie was the special effects. You should give this movie a watch. I recommend this movie to people aged 8 and over. I give this movie a 3 out of 5 stars. - @terrificbooklover of the Teen Review Board at the Hamilton Public Library.

This muddled mess of a film mixes together scenes with little in the way of rhyme or reason. The overall story-line and specific character portrayals are both ludicrous. There's not much that one can say about this that's not already been said. It's a movie with only a handful of interesting moments that's only worth seeing to keep one updated on what's happened in the fictional universe of the DC characters. That's it. There's very little in terms of enjoyment that one can get from these kinds of depressive films.

A very misunderstood film that is a handful of flaws away from being a masterpiece. The film is both sequel to 2013's Man of Steel and a prequel to 2017's Justice League. The film has a lot to accomplish in it's 2 hour and 20+ minutes of screen time. There is plenty of action, intrigue, and character drama to entertain. There is so much symbolism and philosophy presented in this film that is not in other comic book films, let alone other DC films. This film takes a lot of risks, some work and others don't. All in all this is an incredible film. Think The Dark Knight meets Watchmen.

Illustrates how dangerous and selfish egos can be.

Good special effects and talented actors fail to compensate for the poor writing and nonsensical plot, with unbelievable character motivations. Lots of sound and fury signifying nothing. We stopped watching after 20 minutes.

Terrible film put out by DC/Warner. Waste of my time!

Wow, Jesse Eisenberg was mind blowing at Lex. This was a great movie.

Most infuriating cliffhanger EVER. I won't spoil it, but just be warned.
Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill, Amy Adams, Gal Gadot, and Jesse Eisenberg were amazing in this film. I loved the part where the evil monster thingy is about to destroy the city and then Wonder Woman arrives and is SO epic.
P.S. I actually think this film is better than Justice League, by a long shot.

Batman: She with you?
Superman: No… I thought she was with you.

Tons already posted at IMDb. Here is a few good examples, but by no means the best lines:

Batman: I bet your parents taught you that you mean something, that you're here for a reason. My parents taught me a different lesson, dying in the gutter for no reason at all... They taught me the world only makes sense if you force it to.
Lois Lane: You're psychotic.
Lex Luthor: That is a three syllable word for any thought too big for little minds.
Bruce Wayne: You're not brave... men are brave. You say that you want to help people, but you can't feel their pain... their mortality... it's time you learn what it means to be a man.
Superman: All this time I've been living my life the way my father saw it. Righting wrongs for a ghost, thinking I'm here to do good. Superman was never real. Just the dream of a farmer from Kansas.

Stay down if I wanted it you`d be dead already! Superman to Batman.

Breathe it in that's fear! Your not brave men are brave! Batman to Superman

Tell Me do You bleed You will! Batman to Superman
