I had a hard time getting in to this book it was a slow read at first. I was not sure I was going to stick?? The pace began to pick up and I finished the book! Good read once into the book glad I stuck with it till the end. Enjoyed the book!!

This book was fantastic! I highly recommend to those who love a good twist in the plot. I could not put the book down-I was hooked. If you love Thriller, Mystery and Crime-you will love this book. It was as if i was watching movie. I liked the fact that the author has made the chapters short. It helped me as a reader to flip the pages faster. The best book I have read in a while!!!! I hope that "Hostile Takeover" is written as well as this one by Sane Kuhn.

Thriller. Still grieving the loss of his sister 15 years ago on 9/11, Kennedy is a security expert consulting for the TSA, traveling across the U.S. training agents to detect threats. He's good. So good, in fact, that a clandestine organization wants his help neutralizing a terrorist with global plans. With plenty of action and a tantalizing twist or two, The Asset is an "exhilarating" (Publishers Weekly) read, but it's Kennedy himself -- iron-willed yet still a bit tender -- who sets this novel apart.

This is listed as adult fiction - - major mistake! Should be in the ages 8 - - 10, or 8 - - 12 categories, definitely not adult level. Several people once remarked, never have so few read a book, while so many have written one - - and this is more than true for this author, who needs to read books in order to write them, not write from TV!
Not to be confused with John Burdett's outstanding book, The Bangkok Asset.
