Pithy, frequently humorous descriptions and advice on how women can both support each other and develop their own voice in leveling the workplace into a fairer place. There's also a chapter on how male allies can help. The mansplaining flowchart made me laugh out loud. Recommended especially for younger women just getting started on their career path. NOTE: Jessica Bennett, the author, is a Seattle native and in November 2017, was appointed the NYT's first Gender Editor, "working to expand global coverage of women and gender across platforms."
