Lots of twists and turns. Possibly even too many. But it was dark and atmospheric and I always like that.

This book was very good. A little slow in the beginning, but a power house at the end.

A great read from a fantastic author. Enjoyed this story. The last two sentences gave me chills.

Found the first half of this book a bit if a chore. I'm glad I persevered though, it got better.

I'm tired of books like this where the whole selling point is that like Gone Girl there is an unreliable narrator and the suspense involves finding out who that it. I found it hard to get into this as one of the narrators is a science and maths geek, possibly with a touch of Aspergers, and I just didn't find him attractive. In the end I didn't find the work worth the effort.

Oh my gosh this book is boring. It plods on from page to page with far too much unnecessary detail. The plot is not believable and insults the reader. I flicked through the second half as it was too tedious to plough through. Seriously, don't waste your time, there are so many really good books out there.

In a year full of GREAT psychological thrillers, Kelly's latest is a standout, with lies, secrets, and different points of view all colliding together in a chilling, compulsive mix. You never know QUITE who to trust as Kelly changes viewpoints, and she handles the characters and plot masterfully.

At times shows promise, but most of the time gets bogged down under ridiculous plot twists, uneven pacing, too many subplots, and eclipse arcana.
