"Daenerys Targaryen--accompanied by her Unsullied army and emboldened by Dothraki/Ironborn allies and her lethal trio of dragons--has finally set sail for Westeros with Tyrion Lannister, her newly appointed Hand. Jon Snow has apparently consolidated power in the North after his spectacular conquest of Ramsay Bolton and the return of Winterfell to Stark control. In King's Landing, Cersei Lannister, bereft of any surviving heirs, has successfully seized the Iron Throne. But as these and other factions drive towards new alliances or (more likely) violent conflicts, the cold specter of another, apocalyptic threat--in the form of an army of undead White Walkers--threatens to undermine the status quo and obliterate the outcome of these smaller, all-too-human rivalries"-- Container.

This franchise's best season in terms of actions, CGI, acting and story telling, along with its usual spectacular locations which included Iceland's Kirkjufell as "Arrowhead Mountain" in north of the wall. Though the gamers were down to a small elite group of characters, thanks to the attributions by Sersei and Arya with their enemy lists, at least three new game changers were “thrown,” “pulled” and “laid” in the plot for future seasons. Most memorable sequences were the final dozen minutes of dragon queen Daenerys’ air force in E4 and “Terminator” robotics at about 20 minute mark in E7 …

This series is incredible. It's unfortunate the last season won't be out until 2019 and six episodes. If only George R. R. Martin can keep releasing the books so those of us who need our GoT fix can get it while waiting. I'll have to re-watch the series and re-read the books again I guess.

This season is all about preparing for war. Allies are forming, fights are started, and winter is here. It's time for the Battle of Fire and Ice, and I can't WAIT to see the end of this thing.

did anyone ever notice that most of the actors expressed a grim face during all the episodes? the lack of facial acting apparently did not relate to the scene, the dialog, or absence of emotion... almost like a robot sounding out words from a script

The Khalessi goes to Westros with her dragons. She meets Jon, and Cersei as the leaders of the two factions. Queen Cersei is pure evil, and I cannot decide a death horrible enough death for this demoness. I still have hope for her twin Jamie, and his henchman Bronn, to break free from crazy Cersei. Lots of twists, and I love some of the villains getting their reward. The Stark family is back at Winterfell. Who does not  love Arya's single minded pursuit of her family's murderers even as she questions the loyalty of some of her family. Sansa has learned how to take care of herself, and to see those who try to deceive her for their true selves. Bran is now the three eyed raven. I miss hodor. Jon Snow is still proving what a great warrior he is, and he warns everyone that the white walkers are coming. Winter is here.

Extensive, i.e. pages of quotes of S1 to S7 in wikiquote. Think it has captured most if not all the good ones:
