I am not a big fan of Bobby Flay but this cooking book is awesome! The book gave me the ideas of nutritional balance, ingredient combinations and cooking tips!

I think I copied one thing, you can find most of the dressing in other books.

Very tasty recipes. Although not a fan of B. Flay in his tv shows, this is well written. Love that calorie count/serving & portion yields for the dish are included.
