Wonderful cookbook using seasonal, local food found in the Pacific Northwest, arranged by type of dish. Each recipe has a photo, and an intro explaining it, with nutritional info and time needed. I'd have liked the amount of calcium included in the nutritional info, as I've got osteoporosis. A few, though not many, use the crock pot, which I've been learning to use. Aimed at users/members of PCC Community Markets, but usable by other people, and can be adapted for those in other areas too.
