I enjoy Season 1, but find S2 to be very confusing. Jumping from sub-plot to the other, jumping back and forth in time, and inconsistent character development all contribute to this confusion. Don't know if Season 3 will be any better.

Here's the thing. It's perfect. It's Jonathan Nolan. I thought season one was intelligent. It was really cutting edge science fiction. Usually, by the time science fiction stories come out, the science part is already refuted. Take the great alien landing movie, "Arrival." Yeah, the part about thinking different when you learn a new language. Largely b*llsh&t. Still, astounding film. Cried.
Back to "Westworld", season 2. Muy perfecto.

A conversation of freedom(s) and libert(ties). When you remove your perceived barriers, what comes next. Provocative storytelling.

This series is just an expansion on the original film premise updated and struggles to carry on a solid story line throughout. I will not post any spoilers suffice to say that the acting, directing, camera work, and set design are first rate as is expected with any HBO series. My issue with this series is that the dialogue is so trite and predictable. The prolific use of the f-word to emphasize a character's unconvincing lines, borders on laughable more than I care to mention, but I guess the writers were going for the lowest common denominator to win the crowd. Can't wait for season 3! Ouch.

Some episodes I had to look up recaps online to really grasp what I watched.
It's binge worthy.

Fab acting, great scenes and all about greed and selfishness. A film that makes you stop and think about what humans really are
