Calling all creatives, I write this review amidst the COVID crisis and now more than ever is this book essential. Creativity is an eb and flow, it's digging deep and making time and eliminate the excuses we make for ourselves for not creating. These tips may be simple but their reminder can enormously change your creative output, flow and depth of creation. I cannot recommend this book enough, not just now, but ever. Please, if you have ever felt that creative itch, find yourself in a lul, or are even putting your creations out into the world - one after another, this books is for you. Did I mention the word 'creative' enough? You get the point; you won't regret the time spent reading it!

"What would you do if you were stuck in one place, and everything every day was exactly the same and nothing that you did mattered? [...] I think how you answer that question is your art."

This quick and easy read is a pep talk for creative people. I have loved Austin Kleon since he shared a photo to use as the background on your phone that says, “READ A BOOK INSTEAD.” Also, his weekly newsletter with 10 things he thought worth sharing is the highlight of my week (and has inspired a lot of my writing).

I think most people will like reading this book, ‘Keep Going’ contains ten rules that encourages, and teaches how to stay creative, and do it your own way. The book was written because the author needed to read it, sometimes things don’t get easier even when you think they’re supposed to, and the author thinks that the best thing to do is just to accept it. A big list of rules/tips written mainly for writers and artists ‘Keep Going’ will help anyone that needs a little inspiration. I would recommend this book to everyone.
