Not as good as "The Pilgrimage of Harold Fry," but it answers some questions in this sequel or companion book. This book isn't as rewarding, and I don't recommend reading this without reading the Harold Fry book first. However, I did enjoy hearing her point of view, which is lacking in the Harold book. The stuff about Harold's son was good to know. I have mixed feelings of Queennie telling her story to Harold, saying she loved him, since he is married; it's kind of like haunting someone from the grave. But the confessional about other things is good. To me Queennie's motivation does not make any sense--I think her character is unrealistic. Maybe she has mental issues, I don't know. You'd have to imagine these two books will be made into a BBC movie.
