Tremendous fun. Like some other British dramas, this has an intended audience of women over 30, which is a nice break from Hollywood's belief that only people under 20 watch movies and TV. Agatha has finally earned enough money to retire (at about 40, I think) and move to the countryside in a small village. Still running of London energy level, she doesn't really fit in with the cozy atmosphere. Her first mistake is to try to win a baking contest in which the judge is having an affair with the woman who has won the last 5 years in a row. Her second mistake is to not take her leftover quiche home with her.
