The Financial Crisis

Just a list of the books that I'm going to be reading relating to the 2007/2008 financial crisis. I'd like to understand more about how it happened, and what it can teach us about balancing an unfettered free-market economy with the need to protect consumers and ensure that there is always a healthy middle class.
