This book is one that you definitely do not need to be a Peloton user to be inspired by Alex Toussaint's message. Toussaint shares how he grew up the youngest of three brothers born to Haitian immigrants. Toussaint is open and real with his message…
Peloton
A peloton is a group of riders in a bike race. The term comes from the French word pelote, which means "ball". Riders in a peloton save energy by drafting behind the riders in front of them. It is a beautiful thing to watch the professional cyclists ride along in a big group with all their different colored jerseys. Peloton is also the name of an indoor bike which has a cult-like following and I will admit I am a devoted Peloton rider. This is a list of book by Peloton instructors as well as one about the company and its creation. #IndyPLAdults
